ITK® style 211D is braided using Expanded PTFE filaments yarns impregnated with heavy PTFE dispersion, It is a soft, pliable packing easy to compress. ITK® style 211L is square braided packing constructed PTFE filament yarns and impregnated with PTFE dispersio and further heavily lubricated and saturated with an inert lubricant. ITK® style 211L exhibits superior thermal properties, dimensional stability and tensile strength. It is thoroughly impregnated with PTFE in order to enhance the chemical resistance, lubrication and dimensional stability, this helps to ensure even gland local distribution and promoting longer packing life.
