ITK® style 220 is made of composite fibres making it exceptionally suitable for paper mill and sugar mil industries, This packing exhibits the properties of low friction and high heat resistant.

ITK® style 225 is a high quality braided packing made of PTFE yarns blended with Graphite and Aramid fibres are reinforced on the corners with special lubricants. This packing demonstrates high tensile strength of aramid fibre and graphite impregnated PTFE self-lubricating fibres diagonally positioned and braided to produce a low friction, wear-resistant packing's. High quality combination of graphite impregnated with PTFE and edge finished reinforcement made from aramid yarn to prevent gap extrusion in high pressure and high temperature applications. Excellent sliding properties and thermal conductivity. Used frequently in positive displacement pumps and plunger pumps.

ITK® style 221L is manufactured from Aramid fibres impregnated with graphite powder and treated with special lubricants and corrosion inhibitors.

ITK® style 221D is blend of yellow aramid graphitised fibre packing reinforced with Inconel wire suitable to replace traditional packing with high temperature and pressure capabilities.
