ITK® style 208L is manufactured using a combination of selected glass fibres with heavy ptfe dispersion and an inert lubrication which makes it suitable for use in general non-arduous duties. Prior and after the braiding the glass fibres used are heavily lubricated and saturated with PTFE dispersion and an inert lubricant. ITK® style 208L exhibitssuperior thermal properties, dimensional stability and tensile strength.

ITK® Style 201D is constructed using a combination of glass fibres reinforced with Inconel wire and impregnated with special composite pure graphite powder with a addition of special lubricant and corrosion inhibitor.

ITK® Style 201L is square braided packing manufactured using combination of special glass fibres thorough impregnated with oil lubricants and pure graphite powder. The packing is then further treated with corrosion inhibitor. ITK® style 201L offers excellent temperature capability but with low mechanical strength, This packing will seal with reduced gland pressure and will reduces the shaft wear and gland adjustments and hence will increase the packing life in light duties.
