ITK® style 300 is constructed using graphite filament yarns and impregnated with graphite at high temperature resulting in increase on cross-section density and acts as a stable pressure cushion for the carbon fibres. ITK® style 300 exhibits excellent co-efficient of thermal conduction with exceptional temperature capability and universal chemical resistance. Low friction coefficients are standard for less shaft wear and lower maintenance and replacement costs. ITK® style 300 offers more value than other packing's.

In ITK® style 300G, each carbon fibre is treated with graphite particles and is then braided to form packing, compared to other packing's, ITK® style 300G can handle most high temperature applications. This packing has low-coefficient of friction and thus reduces wear on shaft. ITK® style 300G demonstrates high dimensional stability, which helps to ensure even gland local distribution and promoting longer packing life.

ITK® style 315 is square braided packing manufactured from expanded graphite fibres impregnated with pure graphite yarns and further treated with special lubricants and molybdenum disulphide. The addition of special high temperature lubricants gives high temperature and high pressure lubrication. This packing exhibits low friction coefficients which helps in less shafts ear and lower maintenance and replacements costs. ITK® 315W is to withstand high temperature and pressure conditions ITK® style 315W is reinforced with wire mesh (Inconel Wire).
